Strategy
We use our knowledge, experience and team to consider the transaction and implement a duty strategy to achieve the most efficient outcome. Ensuring all relevant exemptions and contingent matters are considered in the application of duty to the transaction.
Vision
The application of the Duties Act or relevant legislation does not easily reflect the nature of transactions described in an agreement. The story behind the transaction can influence the degree to which duty could apply.
Philosophy
We use our knowledge experience and skills relating to both an accounting background and duty background to understand the nature of the transaction and how the Duties Act may apply to it.
