Under Valuation

The Duties Act provides for significant penalties should you be required to designate a valuation and that valuation is more than 15% less than the Commissioner’s valuation.

The combination of choosing the right valuer, correct instructions and interpretation and review of the Commisisoner’s valuation are critical in arriving at view as to what the correct value should be.
